The Conniption Fits
The Conniption Fits are a New England party-rock band based in Lebanon, New Hampshire, and they’ve been doing this for more than 20 years. Apple Music lists the band as forming in 2004, while one older band bio says they officially formed in 2005. So for promoting them at The Den, it’s fair to say they’ve been performing as The Conniption Fits for
over two decades.

Every band that takes the stage at The Den brings their A-game, and we’re grateful for every artist who has helped make live music such an important part of what we do. Over the past few years, however, a select few bands have delivered truly unforgettable nights—the kind of performances, energy, and atmosphere that our staff and guests are still talking about long after the final song.
These are some of the bands that have left a lasting mark on The Den and helped create nights we’ll never forget.
